- 90 day refund policy at all Dakota Horizons Retail Store locations.
- A receipt dated within 90 days is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Returns without a receipt will not be accepted.
- All returns and exchanges must be in the original unopened packaging and contain all the original pieces.
(Items must be in re-saleable condition – not torn, worn or damaged.)
- Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. For refunds over $15.00, a check will be issued from the
Council Office within 14 days of receipt of the refund request.
- NO returns on special orders, discontinued or clearance items.
