The Fall Sale has gone FLAMINGO!!!
Girl Scouts of all ages are encouraged to participate in the Fall Product Sale Program.
Participate in the 2012 Fall Product Sale and earn all these fun FLAMINGO themed recognitions!
Fall Product Sale = Flexibility
The Fall Product Sale is made up of four individual parts, giving troops and families four ways to participate:
- Online Magazine Sales:
Girls click the Online Magazine button at gsdakotahorizons.org, to send emails to friends and family so they can order magazines online. No money is collected by the girl and delivery comes straight from the magazine distributor.
- Paper Order Form Magazine Sales:
Girls visit potential customers so they can browse the magazine catalog. Customers fill out an order form and pay the girl for their order. Customers should keep the pink copy for their records. Girls turn in the yellow and white copies to their troop leader along with all money.
- Nut & Candy Sales:
Girls visit potential customers or email through the online portal at gsdakotahorizons.org, to collect orders for nuts and candy products. Be sure to tell customers that nuts and candy make great holiday gifts.
- Address Booklets:
Girls can fill out postcards in the address booklet and turn in to troop leader for $2.50 in troop proceeds. Note: 1 booklet per girl.
Girl Scouts who sell $40 of any Fall Sale product combination will earn a chance to win a Nintendo DS Lite! There will be one drawing per district.
Project Thank You
New this year, Project Thank You allows girls to collect donations in $5 increment to be donated to our local military troops. Girls will collect donations directly from the customer and turn in with all of their orders at the end of the sale. Girl Scouts – Dakota Horizons will distribute the product to local military bases throughout North Dakota and South Dakota.
