	Program events encourage skill-building through hands-on activities. Girls experience increased responsibility and decision-making skills through girl-led processes and the importance of teamwork through cooperative learning.
All activities are grade-appropriate and based on the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
