The 2015 Girl Scouts—Dakota Horizons Annual
Meeting of the Membership will be held Saturday, April 18, 2015

Online registration now available through Friday, April 10, 2015.

Annual Meeting Events:
10:00am CST  Locations open and registration begins.
10:30am CST  Delegate Meeting: Join us to review the business meeting agenda and learn about Robert’s Rules of order and the process of doing business at the afternoon’s meeting.
11:00am CST National Convention Presentation: Your elected Delegates will present an overview of their time in Salt Lake City and the  events, decisions and discussions that took place at the National Convention!
Noon CST Lunch: Attendees will join staff and board members for a council-provided lunch with exciting round-table discussions.
2:00pm CST – 3:30pm CST Business Meeting: Hear the Board President, Board Treasurer and CEO give an overview of the past year and vote for new board members.
This year’s meeting will be held via video conference at these

Minot, ND Grand Forks, ND
Bismarck, ND Rapid City, SD
Fargo, ND Sioux Falls, SD
The Delegates to be elected are listed by Service Unit. “Delegates at Large” may be elected from any Service Unit within the area until all “Delegates at Large” are elected. Click here to view Delegate Numbers for 2015.In December, Service Units should add Delegate Information to the Service Unit Meetings and share the Delegate Job Description and Delegate FAQ with their members. Service Units should then seek candidates for the Delegate positions.
